We are a family friendly fitness center here at Progressive Martial Arts and Fitness! We offer child care in the evenings as well as family discounts. Aside from our regular programs, we offer full use of our cardio and strength training area which is complete with weight benches, cardio equipment, free weights and machines.
Showers and changing rooms are available and a full service lobby and kitchen are there for your use as well. Need to blend a shake? Use our kitchen appliances and make life easier on yourself!
